Executive Order: #01

Re: Cabinet

a) I hereby nominate the following individuals to the following offices

  • Secretary of State - Walter Reed
  • Secretary of Defence - Richard Pace
  • Secretary to the Treasury - Paul Ryan (NPC)
  • Secretary to the Interior - Ryan Zinke (NPC)
  • Attorney General - Ray Sizemore

b) This order takes effect immediately

Executive Order #02

Re: The Trans-Pacific Partnership

(a) By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby withdraw the United States as a signatory to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)

(b) This order shall take effect immediately.

Executive Order #03

RE: Border Security

a) The United States Military is hereby ordered and directed to:

  • Federalize the 158th Infantry Regiment of the Arizona National Guard. 
  • Federalize the 149th Aviation Regiment of the Texan National Guard
  • Federalize the 143rd Infantry Regiment  of the Texan National Guard

b) Subject to Section 2 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3002), the President orders the creation of "Border Command" to consolidate the command and control functions of the army regiments listed in part 1 of this order. "Border Command" shall be placed under United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and responsible within that hierarchy.

c) The army regiments outlined in part 1 of this order shall be deployed along the 1,954 mile border adjacent to Mexico.

d) The purpose of this deployment is to provide support to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies (LEAs) in counterdrug and counterterrorism efforts, and in combating certain border-related immigration and smuggling crimes, specifically with the United States Border Patrol. Commanders shall bear in mind Department of Defense Directive 5525.5 during the execution of this mission.

e) RULES OF ENGAGEMENT - Pursuant to Directive 5525.5, United States Military Personnel on the southern border as part of Border Command shall be authorized to carry weapons, standard issue and have the ROE in that they are not to fire unless met with an equal or greater amount of force.

f) TIMEFRAME OF OPERATION - The Secure Border Operation shall last 365 days on a rotational basis for the units outlined in section 1 of this order. Unless extended or terminated.

g) This Order shall take effect immediately

Nationalists and progressives love the President's decision to withdraw from the TPP, while the business wing and globalists are left fuming. Moderates, who generally support free trade, express mild disapproval of the executive order.
