Born in Searcy, AR to the former Arkansas Governor, David Pinnacle, and former U.S. Secretary of State, Mary Blythe-Pinnacle, Henry was raised with a passion for public service and a value for individual liberty and prosperity. Henry received a B.S. in Political Science from Hendrix College in 2005, and earned (concurrently) a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) and Juris Doctorate (JD) from the Univeristy of Arkansas in 2008.

From 2008 to 2014, Henry served as a private-practice attorney, specializing in government and constitutional law. In 2014, Henry was elected to the Arkansas Supreme Court, where he served as an Associate Justice until his resignation in 2018. He has also served as President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (2012-14) and Interim-Director of the Office of Information Policy (U.S. Department of Justice) (2011).

Henry is married to Brenda Pinnacle of Texarkana, AR, and has 3 children: Wilbur, Webster, and Wilma.
